  • Suppressing your emotions, because most times, the feelings are too intense

  • Finding yourself getting irritated easily, having outbursts, or unable to regulate

  • I offer Online Inherited Release Method sessions. These run on Zoom.

  • I host group and in person group IRM activation sessions, around the Perth region and via zoom.
