What is Inherited Release Method Level 1 & Level 2 energy healing training?
Level 1 Inherited Release Method (IRM) training is designed for beginners and practitioners who wish to deepen their trauma-informed approach. This training provides foundational knowledge and skills to guide individuals through transformative healing sessions. It combines online modules with hands-on, in-person training, focusing on front body healing techniques and processes aswell as kinesiology techniques.
Level 2 of the Inherited Release Method (IRM) builds upon the foundations of Level 1, guiding practitioners into deeper and more comprehensive healing techniques. This advanced training introduces back body processes, which focus on releasing stored trauma and tension in the back, an area deeply connected to protection and support. You’ll also learn specialized methods for working with children, including balancing techniques to help release inherited trauma and support emotional and physical development.
This is a 2 day or 4 day training, where we learn the foundations of energy, and focus on the deeper integration of the nervous system and its healing capacity.

This course is ideal for energy healers, therapists, and anyone ready to enhance their practice with a trauma-informed perspective. It’s perfect for those who have experienced energy healing and want to offer a new, profound service to their clients.
In-person Training
Course Overview
The in-person training spans over 2 weekends, (February 15 &16 and also 22 & 23) location will be in the Greater Mandurah Region and is TBA. Participants will engage in hands-on practice, deepening their understanding of trauma, kinesiology techniques, and front body processes, through Level 1, and Level 2 back body.
The training hours are approximately 9:30 am to 4:30 pm each day, providing ample time for immersive learning and practical application.
Master Level 1 as a comprehensive, beginner-friendly healing modality on its own, or take your practice further by adding Level 2 to unlock a complete, full-body ancestral energy healing approach

The training includes 7 online modules that can be completed at your own pace before the in-person sessions. Level 1 must be completed before level 2. Over 2 February 2025 Weekends from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm each day.

Kinesiology techniques for self-testing and muscle testing
Exploring inherited trauma and emotional blocks through energy work
Chakra and meridian energy points understanding and balancing
Hands-on healing practices for releasing tension, emotions, and stored trauma
Womb healing & clearing and understanding the trauma and emotions associated.
Practical experience in applying the IRM techniques in sessions
Safe, supportive learning environment with a focus on self-regulation and client care
Ongoing support during and after the training
